Welcome to "Le Pressoir", an authentic longère dating back to 1816, set in wooded grounds 15 minutes from Mortagne-au-Perche. At the end of the tree-lined drive, in the middle of the paved courtyard, ideal for lunches in the sun, you'll find "La Longère". This is the main house, with a large kitchen, dining room and living room with fireplace (yes, it works!) as living areas. Also on the first floor, a large bedroom, a shower room and an office. Upstairs, 5 further large bedrooms, a shower room and a bathroom. Happy are those who get bedroom "5", with its tiled floor and exposed beams.
On the other side of the courtyard and gravel path, the stone and beamed "Maison d'Amis" features a large mezzanine bedroom (1 double bed and 2 single beds), a shower room and a large cathedral room with library, study and magnificent fireplace. Two sofas (1 of which converts to a 2-person bed) form a pleasant living room with high ceilings. Then there's the barn, where you'll find games (table tennis, table soccer, darts and darts), bicycles and many other outdoor games. A Weber gas barbecue is available. At the rear of La Longère, in an unobtrusive green enclosure, you'll find the heated swimming pool (6x7m, constant depth 1.4m) with protective cover and salt filtration. The location is totally unspoilt, away from roads and noise, in the middle of natural meadows that belong to the property. The area is particularly beautiful in all seasons, with many heritage sites to visit, walks, horse riding, cycling (mountain bike trails nearby), fishing and canoeing.
